How to enroll

Prices include accommodation in a doubleroom in a shared apartment and a standard Spanish course.

 

To register please complete the enrollment form and send it to our central office. After having received our confirmation you should send a deposit in euros (€) of 18% of the total sum by international postal order to our address or by bank transfer to our account. The remainder of the balance due is to be paid in Spain on the first day of the course (Monday).

 

Please note: without paying the deposit we can't guarantee your booking. As we have only a limited capacity we recommend that you register at least 4 weeks in advance. Of course it is always possible to make a reservation at short notice, as long as there are still vacancies.

 

You may cancel your registration at any time before the commencement of the course. The following conditions apply:

 

 

  • Up to three weeks before the course starts we charge a fee of € 45of the deposit
  • If the cancellation is made after that your deposit will not be reimbursed
  • No cancellations can be made after the course has begun, and no refunds will be given if you choose to leave before the end of the course.
  • Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing and are only effective from the day of receipt. Since mail can take some time you can also contact us via e-mail.
