By plane:
You will arrive at the airport Madrid-Barajas. An express bus takes
you directly from Madrid to Salamanca (bus company "AUTORES"

Buses leave from the bus station "AUTORES" in Madrid, street
Fernández Shaw 1, at only 50 m from the underground station Conde
de Casal (see
metro plan).
Departures (express): 08.00, 09.00, 10.00, 11.00, 12.00, 13.00, 14.00, 15.00, 16.00, 17.00, 18.00, 19.00, 20.00, 21.00, 22.00 and 23.00 h.
Departures (normal): 08.30, 10.30, 13.30, 16.30, 17.30, 20.30, 21.30 and 22.30 h.
Duration: about 2 1/2 hours (express) and 3 hours (normal)

But how to get from Madrid-Airport to the bus station "AUTORES"?
1) By taxi
2) By public services: first by bus, destination: Plaza de Colón,
to get off in Avenida de América (ask the bus driver for this
station). Then by underground Nr. 6 to the station "Conde de Casal"
at only a few stops
By bus:
There are international and national connections with Salamanca. For
further information please contact your central bus station or any travel
agency.
By train:
You can get to Salamanca via Madrid.
By car:
Take the motorway via San Sebastian, Burgos, Valladolid and Tordesillas
to Salamanca.
From Salamanca bus-station to the meeting-point
From the bus-station in Salamanca you can go with a taxi to the first meeting-point Café " Acedo´s ", St. Van Dyck, nº 19. Walking you will need about 15-20 minutes.
